They visit trade fairs and conferences in the United States on a regular basis and the new apartment will make their lives much easier for work related travel out of major London airports.<\/p>\n<p>Their house is currently worth \u00a3400,000 and they would like to raise a re-mortgage for in total \u00a3300,000. This will release a deposit amount of around \u00a3100,000, so they will then be able to buy an apartment at around the same value of their house. The plan is to divide their equity and make their lives a whole lot easier!<\/p>\n<p>They decided to approach the \u201cLarge Mortgage Service\u201d at Unusual Mortgages because they both have self-employed income as Company Directors and felt they needed specialist advice.
